Muthmira SPC, based in Al Khuwair, Muscat, serves clients across the Sultanate of Oman. This notice explains how this website handles information submitted through its Contact page.
The form collects your name, email address, project type and message, together with any optional telephone number, company and project details you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and maintain our correspondence. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message.
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are processed by the website’s server function and sent through EmailJS and the connected Gmail service to Muthmira’s enquiry inbox. These providers process information to deliver the website and messages and may process it outside Oman. The website application does not maintain a separate enquiry database or deliberately write message contents to its application logs.
Muthmira retains enquiry correspondence in its mailbox indefinitely, including enquiries that do not become projects. There is no scheduled automatic deletion. You can ask us to delete your correspondence using the Contact page; we will review and respond to your request.
Vercel processes technical request information, including network addresses, to operate and protect the website. Submission limits use this information to reduce repeated requests. Provider operational records are managed by the respective providers.
This website does not add optional analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and videos are served with the website. Your browser may retain motion and video-pause preferences for the current session. The website does not store your form content in browser storage.
